Restaurant General Manager's Requirements:
- 4+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
- Hands-on leadership style
- Detail-focused, high-energy, and guest satisfaction driven
- Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills
- Strong financial acumen for managing P&L
- Skilled in leading and developing one's team
- Effective and clear communication skills
Restaurant General Manager's Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the restaurant
- Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
- Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards
- Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations
- Ensure guests have a great experience and look forward to returning
- Ensure budgetary goals are met or exceeded
