Restaurant General Manager's Requirements:

4+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
Hands-on leadership style
Detail-focused, high-energy, and guest satisfaction driven
Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills
Strong financial acumen for managing P&L
Skilled in leading and developing one's team
Effective and clear communication skills

Restaurant General Manager's Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations of the restaurant
Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards
Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations
Ensure guests have a great experience and look forward to returning
Ensure budgetary goals are met or exceeded
