An iconic local multi-unit concept regionally known for high-quality products and passion for great food and service is looking for a culinary professional with good managerial abilities and scratch kitchen experience with a track record of working at excellent restaurants with top-notch food.

Sous Chef Requirements:
- High-volume exposure – $5 MM+
- 3-5 years of high-volume upscale casual experience
- Scratch kitchen background
- Strong team leadership skills
