Polished General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Dining Room Manager in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, wine, and cocktails.
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Create an exceptional and memorable dining experience for our guests by overseeing the entire dining room operation
- Ensure food and beverage presentation, service, and overall quality meet our high standards
