Restaurant General Manager is needed for this growing restaurant group that values its associates and has great programs that support their team members.

This leadership position will focus on driving sales, team development, and guest service.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operations of a quality branded QSR
  • Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop crew members and upcoming leaders
  • Develop and coach the team and delegate responsibilities to get results through others
  • Lead by example and ensure all brand standards are trained and followed

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years of restaurant operations management experience with at least 1 year of General Manager or Assistant GM experience
  • Has the ability to coach, train, and develop a team
  • Possess strong leadership and good communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
  • Works well in a hands-on team environment
