C-Suite Executive Assistant – IN OFFICE ROLE

Our publicly-traded client is seeking an experienced EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to join their growing team! This role will serve in an administrative capacity to two C-Suite executives. The ideal candidate will have experience providing calendar management and administrative support in a fast-moving environment. Please note this is a fully-in-office position. Occasional extended hours may be required.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Calendar management and domestic travel arrangement
• Create reports, conduct research, proofread documents, distribute marketing materials
• Serve as liaison between executives and clients, board, other offices
• Other duties as assigned

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and G-Suite
• Team player attitude
• Ability to use sound judgement and be privy to sensitive or confidential information with trust
• Experience supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in a large or publicly-traded company

Executive Assistant Benefits:

• Salary of 90-100k (paid weekly)
