This is an in-office position in Albuquerque with travel throughout New Mexico approximately 20% of the time.

Human Resource Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources desired
  • SPHR or PHR certifications highly desired
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in HR, with at least 2 of those years in the hospitality industry
  • Be detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Ceridian, and Paylocity is a big plus
  • Ability to travel within New Mexico, approximately 20% of the time

Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to address HR issues effectively
  • Ensure labor laws and regulations are followed
  • Maintain and update databases and reports
  • Address company inquiries
  • Foster close collaboration with field operations
