We are seeking a strong sales leader with a hunger for success! We need a true partner that respects and appreciates the property and the guest, that enjoys hunting for new business, and loves creating long-lasting relationships with their clients!
This position will sell both group and social events. Experience with both is highly preferred.
This position is onsite with occasional opportunities to work from home, but is NOT hybrid or remote.
You see sales as an art; you plan the hunt, you craft the capture, you design the experience.
You see sales as a humble servant obligation to your guest.
You network well with local and national business leaders and Hollywood elites.
You maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients.
You create strong, respectful relationships with your fellow sales team members as well as operational leaders.
Luxury Hotel Group Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Group sales for a Luxury Hotel in the LA, OC, SF, or SD market.
- Experience with Delphi
- Positive and upbeat, magnetic and hospitable personality
- Experience with converting inbound leads AND hunting new clients
- Experience with client relationship management
- Experience working as a CSM or in Operations, a huge PLUS
Luxury Hotel Group Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Reach out to previous clients and re-establish a strong relationship
- Hunt for new clients in a smart and productive manner
- Field inbound leads with a professional demeanor and wise business acumen
- Meet with clients to craft and create the guest experience, anticipating guest needs and challenges
- Work with the CSM and operations team to craft the experience beyond guest expectations
- Maintain relationships with clients
