Assistant Stewarding Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Kitchen sanitation including strict compliance with Health Department
- 2+ years experience as a stewarding manager in a hotel setting
- Direct associates in the completion of tasks as designated
- Handle guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with maintenance of food area including inventory and purchasing
