Assistant Stewarding Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Kitchen sanitation including strict compliance with Health Department 
• 2+ years experience as a stewarding manager in a hotel setting
• Direct associates in the completion of tasks as designated 
• Handle guest inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with maintenance of food area including inventory and purchasing
