We are looking for a Chef De Cuisine, responsible for managing the restaurant culinary team within a brand-new resort. This restaurant location offers luxury service, exquisite culinary mastery, and phenomenal steaks with seafood from the Gulf.

Chef De Cuisine Responsibilities/Requirements:
–Create menus based on seasonality, staying current on trending food products and presentation, and then execute them flawlessly
-Create menus based on seasonality, staying current on trending food products and presentation
-Participate in marketing events directly related to their specific restaurant
– 5+ years’ work experience in a management position at a high-volume banquet or food court marketplace as well as experience
-Advanced knowledge of world cuisines, including sauces, knife skills and cooking methods.
-ServSafe manager certification
