New Restaurant Opening – Mediterranean
Are you a General Manager who brings strong people skills and a hospitality passion? Does your leadership style come with a strong passion for service and creates a positive work culture? Do you have experience with opening a new restaurant including pre-opening and opening activities, hiring, training, permitting, and working closely with the Executive Chef?
Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
- Starting salary of $120K – $155K + bonus

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Hands-on leadership style with a friendly, team-player attitude and outgoing personality
- Coach and develop staff to support strong operational execution and outstanding guest experience
- Agent of the brand to support execution of all standards and upholding our family culture
- Strong people skills, a desire to develop others, great organizational skills
- Organized, Hardworking, Positive Leader who can manage multiple moving parts
