We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Kitchen Manager with scratch-kitchen experience. A leader, coach, and developer of people. Growing and developing the team is the number 1 priority in this $6 million restaurant. Proven leadership is a must! Great growth opportunity. INTERVIEWING NOW!!

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of scratch-kitchen experience as Kitchen Manager
- Have a passion for developing your team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
- Have impeccable communication between the FOH and BOH staff
- Making sure you support your team in providing an exceptional guest experience
- P&L and Inventory Management experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
- High energy and positive attitude!
