A dynamic full-service luxury resort brand is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join its expanding team.

SOUS CHEF BENEFITS:

SOUS CHEF REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of Hotel or Resort Sous Chef experience with strong tenures
- Upscale or fine dining experience preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Solution-based and results-driven
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and trends
SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily operations of production, preparation, and presentation of all food
- Assist Executive Chef in the creation, costing, implementation, and execution of all menus
- Manage a large team in all areas of the kitchen
- Must be able to attract, develop, and retain a high-level team
- Maintain a high-level standard of sanitation within all kitchen-related areas
