General Manager- Trains, coaches, and develops your entire restaurant team. Ensures optimal restaurant performance; overseeing facility, financial, and human resources activities to drive a successful operation.

Restaurant General Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance to Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Team Members
• Performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties
• Ensuring proper staffing in each area
• Oversee and if necessary, assist with the hiring, training, and appropriate coaching and counseling of Team Members and Managers in Training
• Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Working effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partners
• Listening, communicating, and working to resolve guest concerns
• Control costs and identifies measures to reduce waste

Restaurant General Manager Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old or older
• A minimum of 2+ years as a GM in the hospitality business, buffets, and contract food service is a plus!
• Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of all staff functions
