MODERN STEAKHOUSE SOUS CHEF
We are seeking a skilled and experienced sous chef to lead our culinary team while working alongside the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef while upholding the highest standards. Are you a highly skilled and experienced chef manager looking to grow professionally? Do you have experience with regional Italian Cuisine and scratch menu production? If so, we would like to talk to you today!
MODERN STEAKHOUSE SOUS CHEF BENEFITS:
- $65k-$70k salary range based on experience

MODERN STEAKHOUSE SOUS CHEF REQUIREMENTS:
- A true leader who is team-focused
- 2 to 3 years experience as an upscale or fine dining Sous Chef
- High volume experience exceeding 3 million annually
- Must be a mentor and coach with the ability to inspire others
- Hands-on and detail-oriented
MODERN STEAKHOUSE SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads the line-level culinary team
- Works to meet or exceed financial goals and control costs
- Creates schedule and provides training and development
- Upholds the highest of standards and provides accountability when necessary
