Restaurant Manager Benefits:

• 5-day/48-hour work week – if you work an added day, you will be paid!

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Training, developing, and mentoring the team
• Ensure customer expectations are exceeded
• You are in charge of the full operation while on shift – kitchen, bar, restaurant
• Food quality and consistency
