We are urgently looking to hire an extremely skilled, passionate, and positive Executive Chef for our Boutique property in SE Wisconsin. We use only the best quality products to create our multi-course Prix Fixe menu that is served in a beautifully intimate setting with world-class wine pairings. If you possess immaculate plating skills, creativity and ingenuity in your menu creation, and have a positive and compassionate attitude, please apply today!

Executive Chef Qualifications and Duties:

Extremely high level of culinary creativity and plating abilities
An artistic eye for plating and overall restaurant appeal
Experience with a variety of global cuisines with a focus on French techniques
Ability to hit financial targets and run the operations as a successful business entity
Calm, approachable, compassionate, and positive
3+ years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef within a Luxury property setting
Strong multi-tasking abilities, great level of self-motivation, ability to work autonomously
Leadership skills and elevated communication standards, able to effectively lead a small, strong, and close-knit team
Excellent personal presentation and personal standards, honest and respectful

You MUST be prepared to provide a Food Portfolio that expresses your creativity, presentation, and menu design abilities.

You MUST clear background/driving/drug screening at the employer's discretion.
