Our Client is looking for great Certified Nursing Assistants or CNAs who love the geriatric population and love making a difference in their patients and family's lives. Looking for quality, compassionate and professional caregivers who want to provide excellent care with an opportunity to grow.

Certified Nursing Assistant  Responsibilities:

  • Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
  • Answer residents’ call lights to determine residents’ needs.
  • Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed.
  • Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising.
  • Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure the resident receives an appropriate diet.

Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements

  • Utah CNA Certificate or desire to obtain a certification
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Positive Attitude and love of the aging population
  • Ability to make decisions and analyze effectively.

Certified Nursing Assistant Compensation and Benefits:

  • Up to $18/hr depending on current certification and experience, plus the ability to earn up to $3/hr completing the CNA Advancement program within 90 days.
