Join our team with a mission to ensure every commercial kitchen is primed to delight its customers. As a Service Technician, you're not just fixing equipment—you're a vital part of our operations, enhancing food service efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall profitability for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain various commercial and supermarket refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers, freezers, small self-contained units, and reach-ins.
• Specialize in servicing medium and low-temperature refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the continuous operation of refrigeration systems.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal supervision.
• Safely operate and drive, utilizing appropriate safety gear and techniques.
• Provide service in a 24/7 environment with on-call responsibilities.
• Utilize expertise with refrigerants such as 507, 404A, 448, 449, and CO2.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout interactions.
• Handle the servicing and installation of rack systems.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
• Willingness to support other geographic service areas is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration.
• Independent ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems.
• Technical training through apprenticeship, RSES, trade school, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification.
