A stable, family-friendly, 100+-year-old insurance broker is looking for a Commercial Lines Manager to join their growing firm.
COMMERCIAL LINES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a blended team of producers and account managers (about 8 direct reports)
- Be the face of the organization for top clients
- Explain value propositions, resolve customer support requests, and generate a positive customer experience
- Support the continued growth of the organization
COMMERCIAL LINES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in customer success, account management, sales, or another client-facing role within commercial lines
- Absolutely great attitude, willing to wear different hats, excited to learn and make a difference
- Active P&C license
COMMERCIAL LINES MANAGER COMPENSATION:
- Salary + annual bonus
- Health & dental insurance 100% covered for employee
