Hotel Maintenance Engineer Supervisor Qualifications
– Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable position
– Extensive technical know-how and experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
– Proven ability to delegate tasks and lead a compact workforce
– Experienced in managing a budget allocated for supplies and maintenance activities
– Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and meticulous attention to detail
Hotel Maintenance Engineer Supervisor Responsibilities
– Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver unforgettable guest experiences
– Formulate and enforce preventative maintenance strategies to secure the optimal functioning of all hotel systems
– Supervise and rectify problems in guest rooms, public spaces, and behind-the-scenes areas
– Comply with local and regional regulations and codes related to safety, health, and the environment
– Carry out inspections, identify potential hotel challenges, and maintain features as required
