Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality standards and superior guest satisfaction.
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies, promotions, and menu concepts in collaboration with culinary leadership.
• Manage the departmental operating budget, control expenses, and implement financial plans aligned with the property's objectives.
• Lead, train, and mentor Food and Beverage staff, fostering teamwork, excellence, and outstanding customer service.
• Implement and maintain effective communication channels with staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Food and Beverage Director Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or related field, with 8-10 years of industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Food and Beverage management experience in a resort with multiple full-service and quick-service outlets.
• Two to three years of service in current (or most recent) position and in each previous position.
• Previous experience living and working in the Caribbean or in a remote environment is strongly preferred.
• Culinary management experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage diverse teams, prioritize client and customer services, and proficiency in budgeting and menu pricing.
• Preference will be afforded to applicants with U.S. or Dutch citizenship.
