We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Restaurant GM to lead our team and help us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities of Restaurant GM:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of dedicated individuals
  • Oversee all restaurant operations, including inventory, food quality, and implement efficient systems and processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service, and address any customer concerns or feedback.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget, control costs, and analyze financial reports
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community
