Our high energy restaurant group is adding a Remote Training Manager!

 Restaurant Training Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead and own all training curriculum and sessions
• Coordinate with Operations leadership to follow-up on all needs
• Ensure training programs maintain brand consistency by conducting regular assessments and audits
• Provide ongoing feedback regarding training program efficiency and improvement

Restaurant Training Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager
• Demonstrated experience and success in a range of training areas
• Strong Project Management/ Time Management skills
• Great tenure and career progression
• ServSafe certified
