Executive Sous Chef Job Requirements:

- Confident with beverage knowledge

Executive Sous Chef Job Qualifications:
- Must be an expert with numbers and food cost
- 3+ years in a management role
- Polished, upscale-casual, high-volume experience
- Good tenure and recognizable ambition to grow
- Great management presence — helps builds a positive culture
