Executive Chef Requirements:
- Decisive leadership style and ability to lead a strong team
- Exposure to sales volumes of $5 million per year or more
- Exceptionally service-oriented/understands hospitality time
- 3-5 years of culinary management experience in upscale quality scratch kitchens in an independent restaurant setting
- Established longevity & career progression – no job hoppers
