Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Decisive leadership style and ability to lead a strong team
  • Exposure to sales volumes of $5 million per year or more
  • Exceptionally service-oriented/understands hospitality time 
  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience in upscale quality scratch kitchens in an independent restaurant setting
  • Established longevity & career progression – no job hoppers
