Role Overview
As an experienced sales associate, you'll be at the forefront of our store's success, using your expert skills to drive results. With at least 7-10 years of retail sales experience working in a sales-based environment, you thrive on seeking and closing deals, making every customer interaction count. Your role will primarily involve conducting hundreds of transactions, where your mastery in upselling will truly shine.
Cannabis Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Engage customers with professionalism and knowledge.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products.
- Maintain an organized and efficient checkout process.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with all retail regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or concerns.
Cannabis Sales Associate Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of $17, plus bonus based on sales
- A generous commission structure: 10% commission on all sales over your designated goal with the potential to have one or two times your salary.

Cannabis Sales Associate Qualifications
- 7-10 years of retail sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Expertise in upselling and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
