This growing franchise is seeking Restaurant General Managers for their fast-casual restaurants. This is a great opportunity to grow with a thriving company that trains and develops their managers and are growing rapidly.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all facets of the restaurant
- Oversee P/Ls, scheduling, and labor and budgets
- Conduct proper reporting
- Ability to train and develop staff, and oversee a minimum of 15 employees
- Oversee menus and stations
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Ensure high quality of standards and customer service
- Ensure high morale and performance are maintained
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum in a management capacity
- Restaurant experience in a fast food/fast-casual concept
- Experience managing 20 or more team members
- Sales volume experience of $2 million annually
