Restaurant Manager needed for one of NYC's top restaurant groups.  We have recently opened a new location for one of our upscale casual restaurants and need a Restaurant Manager to be part of the new opening team.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

·      High-volume restaurant experience, $7-$10 Mil, in upscale or upscale casual concept

·      A minimum of three years experience in management, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding communication skills

·      Strong guest service foundation, ability to coach, build a team, problem solve, and leadership skills required

·      Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail

·      Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology

·      Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

·      Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
