An award-winning, creative development and production company is looking for an experienced Director of Business Development and Sales to drive growth and lead our organization to the next level. We have a diverse client base from VIP and high-level to day-to-day level needs. This Director of Business Development and Sales is an ambassador of our brand, carrying out our client needs, reflecting our core values, and excelling at building relationships while leading a passionate and talented team.
Hybrid role, can be based in any Tech Hub in the country!
We are looking to speak with people from IT, Finance, Healthcare, Media, and Advertising. But, must have a book of existing business.

Director of Business Development Qualifications:
- Previous experience in business development sales and operations
- Business development experience of at least 10 years with proven sales results and leadership experience
- Ability to travel
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Director of Business Development Responsibilities:
- Ability to meet sales targets within specific timeframes through motivation while simultaneously managing several unique projects
- Coordinate all process activities such as prospect identification, qualifying opportunities, event operations, proposals, and contract negotiation
- Achieve annual sales goals and profit margins
- Develop customized sales solutions to maximize performance and growth
- Demonstrated experience with long-term, complex, sales processes
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop unique financial models
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, personal drive to exceed objectives
- Ability to manage multiple processes and tasks simultaneously through proper time management
