Store Manager Qualifications:
- Must have 3 or more years as a manager with training responsibilities
- Proficient in writing Schedule, Ordering, and Controlables
- Be able to hold people accountable
- Must enjoy and be a good teacher/coach
- Customer focused. Creating a great experience
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Experience with New Food Outlet Openings
- Helps Develop, Execute and Uphold the standards of the concept
- Drives profitability and operational compliance – good with budgets and checklists
- Builds team talent – ensures only the right people are being developed as the brand grows
- Drives sales through great guest experiences – we want them to come back again and again
- Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors – organization is key
- Leads by example and is able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the c
