We are currently looking for an Executive Chef to join our team!
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Managing all BOH responsibilities, including mentoring and developing team
- Maintains financials, including food cost, inventory, payroll, etc.
- Ensuring consistency is met, including specials and seasonal menu updates
- Conducts regular weekly staff meetings to ensure the team is kept up to date and resolving any issues
- Oversee all food outlets at the hotel, including banquets
Executive Chef Requirements:
- 5+ yrs. as an Executive Chef
- Strong leaderships skills including organization and time management
- Good tenure
- Working with a union is a plus!
Executive Chef Compensation:
- Competitive salary
