We are seeking an Account Manager for a growing Business Management Firm based in Sherman Oaks, CA.

 

As an Account Manager, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic team, serving our entertainment-based clientele of high-net-worth individuals and executives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming new clients aboard and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Cultivating strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Managing financial investments in the AgilLink system.
  • Reviewing and maintaining accuracy in general ledgers and balance sheets.
  • Keeping reporting and cash flows up-to-date for our valued clients.
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy across reports and financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal finesse and a high level of professionalism.
  • 6-7 years of prior Account Management experience.
  • 6-7 years with Datafaction/AgilLink and Imaging software.
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent qualification.
