Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Sales building
- People development
- Community interaction
- Lead/develop your staff
- Create, build, and maintain a diverse team, while fostering an inclusive environment
Restaurant Manager Requirement:
- Proficent in both the back of the house as well as the front
- Committed to quality work
- Great Teambuilding skills
- RECENT experience from fast casual or casual dining
- Must have a proven track record of sales building, people development, and community interaction
- Must be a hands-on type that loves to lead their staff every day.
