We are seeking an upbeat General Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train qualified staff members, and maintain high food standards. You will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. With professionalism and a positive attitude, you will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurant, as well as the long-term success of our employees.
- Must have experience managing hotel restaurants.
- Must have experience working with unions.
- Must have very high volume experience.

GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of related experience in boutique/luxury hotel dining
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High-volume experience with upscale, chef-driven dining
- Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
- Coach, mentor, and train the team following company standards, steps of service, and food & beverage specifications
- Manage P&L, analyze financial statements for the F&B operations relative to budgeted goals and take corrective actions as needed
