ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relocation to Plymouth, MA required
- Innovating menu creation and orchestrating seamless event planning
- Steering, inspiring, and guiding team members while actively participating in kitchen operations
- Work collaboratively with management and food & beverage teams
- Overseeing kitchen; controlling food costs, managing labor expenses, and optimizing operational costs.
