BCABA Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Supervise and train registered behavior RBTs in the implementation of BIPs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure that children are receiving comprehensive and coordinated services.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
BCABA Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
- Board certification as a behavior analyst or, currently taking BCABA or BCBA courses.
- 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
