Executive Assistant Benefits:

Executive Assistant Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of executive assistant experience
- Real estate or law executive assistant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to report on-site in downtown Portland, Maine
- Managing calendars/scheduling
- File administration and managing email
- Coordinating travel schedules and drafting documents
- Personal assistant support, as needed
