Director of Retail Benefits:

Director of Retail Requirements/Responsibilities:
- You must have experience working at a full-service resort in a retail leadership capacity.
- You must have a minimum of four years of experience as a Director of Retail.
- You should have a college degree in Merchandising, Retailing or equivalent education.
- You should have some sporting goods/golf retail experience.
- You must have a completely flexible schedule – 100% open availability, including weekends.
- You should have advanced knowledge of retail, merchandise, and marketing principles and practices.
- You must have computer, software and register technical equipment expertise.
- You must enjoy managing others and being a leader of integrity.
- You will oversee all retail purchasing, budgets, inventories, and objectives.
- You will plan, purchase and creatively display retail shops' merchandise.
- You will manage the online store.
- You will oversee the total management of multiple retail outlets on a daily basis.
