Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team in a fun restaurant environment
• Ensure guests' expectations are exceeded, and staff is supported in a strong team-focused atmosphere
• Employ strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to problems and challenges as they arise
• Encourage and empower your team to grow and lead
• Excel in enthusiasm, passion for people, cleanliness, and communication

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years in a restaurant leadership role managing salaried managers — strong, tenured experience preferred
• Accountable and reliable communicator with high integrity
• Ability to multitask at a high level, while fostering leadership in all areas of the restaurant
• Positive-minded
• High Volume and work experience in NYC, minimum 5MM+ in volume
• CAN-DO ATTITUDE!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation
