This is not a remote position and will require a presence in Albuquerque with travel throughout New Mexico.
Human Resource Manager for a hospitality group. You will be responsible for all aspects of the employee experience once hired and work closely with Payroll to ensure all are paid correctly and on time. Send me your resume today for an immediate interview
Hospitality Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist the team to navigate HR issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Keep database and reports up to date
- Answer questions about the company
- Work closely with the field
Hospitality Human Resource Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, 2+ in Hospitality
- Organized, self-starter, and motivated
- Knowledge of computer systems – Microsoft Suite, Ceridian, and Paylocity a plus
- Ability to travel throughout New Mexico (about 20%)
