Our client, a commercial insurance focused insurtech is seeking to add a Commercial Lines Producer to its rapidly growing organization.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and manage small and mid-commercial accounts
  • Handle quotes and renewalsHelp scale a team of in-house insurance producers
  • Turn inbound leads into written business, no need to go out and bring in new leads, all leads provided

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active P&C license
  • Previous sales experience
  • Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
  • Fantastic communication skills

PRODUCER COMPENSATION:

  • Competitive base salary
  • $25 bonus for each bound policy (minimum 25 binds per month)
  • 1.5% commission on bound premium (minimum $90k bound per month)
  • Great benefits
  • Successful producer should end up making $130k to $150k per year. Absolute rockstar should end up above $175k
