A world-class luxury hotel known for its exceptional culinary experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and set new standards of excellence in fine dining, banquets, and other dining outlets. Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary culinary leadership, setting the standard for excellence in taste, presentation, and quality across all dining outlets within the hotel, Banquets, Fine Dining Restaurants and other outlets.
- Create innovative and enticing menus that reflect the latest culinary trends and local flavors while considering dietary restrictions and cultural preferences.
- Oversee and optimize kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high food quality, and impeccable cleanliness, while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with third-party partners, suppliers, and local producers, manage relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure the highest quality and consistency
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Implement coaching and development programs to elevate team members' culinary skills and ensure a harmonious working environment.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in an executive chef role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment. Demonstrated mastery of various cuisines and culinary techniques.
- Proven ability to develop creative and trendsetting menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences, while keeping an eye on cost control and profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, maintaining high standards of performance, professionalism, and teamwork. Experience managing kitchen operations efficiently.
- A degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications and memberships in culinary associations are a plus.
