Assistant Responsibilities:
- Managing marketing campaigns
- Managing calendars/scheduling
- File administration
- Managing email
- Coordinating travel schedules
- Drafting documents
- Assisting in research & fact-finding
- Creating professional marketing materials
- Miscellaneous admin & special projects, as needed
- Personal assistant support, as needed
Assistant Qualifications
- Marketing experience
- Executive assistant experience, a plus
- Transaction management experience, a plus
- Real estate or law executive assistant experience, a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail & superb organizational skills
- Excellent copywriting & editing skills
- Team-player attitude
- Must be able to report on-site in downtown Portland, Maine
