Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain food safety/sanitation standards.
  • Ensuring recipes are made to the highest standard.
  • Working with your lead chef to achieve team goals!

Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications Include:

  • Positive career tenure.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Full-service restaurant experience required – breakfast/brunch experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of budget management/financials.
