We are looking for a Culinary Manager with a specialty in Religious Considerations to join our world-class team. Culinary Manager of Religious Considerations Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the religious offerings within the dining program
  • Manages the Kosher kitchen and religious catering
  • Assists the culinary team with menu offerings and planning, scheduling, food safety, and internal matters
  • Ensures compliance with religious food laws
  • Works alongside dining vendors and religious specialty vendors
  • Add value to the workplace culture in support of DEI principles

Culinary Manager of Religious Considerations Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Business Administration or related field
  • 4+ years of managerial experience in food production
  • Knowledge of culinary trends, food safety and Federal guidelines preferred
  • Knowledge of Kosher and Halal/Hillel food preparation, service and requirements preferred
  • Certification in ServSafe preferred
  • Catering experience and experience in a union workforce setting preferred
