Looking for a dedicated Senior Registered Behavioral Technician to join our dynamic team! As a Senior RBT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and mentoring a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring the highest quality of ABA therapy for our pediatric clients. SRBT Requirements:

  • RBT Certification
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading RBT teams
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments
  • Pass background checks to work with vulnerable populations
  • Ability to pass ABA Skills Assessment and consistently demonstrate ABA skills in a therapeutic setting 

SRBT Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of RBTs, providing guidance and support
  • Implement behavior intervention plans, data collection, and analysis
  • Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Track client progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Mentor and train junior RBTs to ensure high-quality care
