Seeking a Tax Manager for an expanding CPA Firm to work hybrid in the Metro-Denver area. Apply today!

Tax Manager Requirements:

  • Active CPA or EA designation
  • Bachelor's degree in business/accounting
  • 3+ years of expertise with both federal and state income taxes
  • Well-versed in QuickBooks and UltraTax
  • Possess great leadership and communication skills

Tax Manager Responsibilities:

  • Review trust, estate, and gift tax returns
  • Oversee and direct employees and clients about federal and state taxes
  • Complete and review intricate income tax forms, encompassing multi-state filings and tax planning for clients.
  • Manage relationships with certain clients
  • Take part in company development initiatives that might lead to equity possibilities.
  • Oversee financial accounting records
