Long-time regional restaurant group adding an Assistant General Manager to our team.

Fresh food, cold drinks, local favorite, and built around taking care of people, one conversation, one plate at a time!

Assistant General Manager Functions:

  • Lead quality restaurant operations and profitability by effectively building and developing teams one persona at a time
  • Creatively and strategically plan and execute all initiatives impacting your restaurant
  • You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retain our community's best people!
  • You will spend your time in the store and in our community contributing directly to its success.

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of management experience in a full-service environment
  • Open availability and a willingness to lead when demands arise
  • Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
  • Ability to thrive in a startup restaurant environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
