We're looking for our next District Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. You're operating at the top of your game and understand how to inspire your team and drive business across 5-7 locations in a major metro market. Fantastic growth opportunity!

What You’ll Bring & What You’ll Do:
- 3-5 years of multiunit experience managing 5 or more high-volume full service and/or polished fast casual restaurants
- Hospitality Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management and/or A.S. Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Ensure optimal staffing with talented managers at all levels and actively recruit, train, and coach team
- Model authentic, warm guest experience, responsible for instilling great service in team
- Drive expert operational practices and standards and efficiencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, OutlookPrevious experience working with UltiPro, Toast – POS System, CrunchTime/TeamworX
- ServSafe, Allergen and ChokeSaver Certifications
